JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports To: The catalog assistant will report to the Content and Catalog Manager.
Job Overview: This will be responsible for recurring catalog maintenance tasks. They will conduct operations related to FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments, Amazon PPC campaigns, and the Dealer Authenticator program.
Responsibilities and Duties:
FBA shipment duties
Create FBA shipments for each client weekly.
Create inventory reports weekly.
Update Inventory Trackers for each client weekly.
Create an overdue invoice report weekly.
Amazon PPC Campaign duties
Adjust PPC campaign bids for each client twice per week.
Track keywords and check performance twice per week.
Create PPC performance reports for each client weekly.
Dealer Authenticator program duties:
Process Dealer Authenticator applications as needed.
Research Dealer Authenticator applicants.
Other:
Assist the copywriting process as needed.
Assist Content and Catalog Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of proven administrative experience is required
Knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office is required
Excellent written and oral English is required
1 year of home home-based work experience is preferred
1 year of Amazon seller support experience is preferred
Proficiency utilizing Google spreadsheets is preferred
Detail-oriented and organized
A team player who is positive and collaborative
Schedule:
Full-time; 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Required to work at least 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM US Central Time
Payment:
$600 to $700 per month - Depending on experience
Roughly $3.75/hr to $4.375/hr
Payment will be submitted bi-monthly via Transferwise
