    Are you a detail-oriented Nurse or Medical Assistant with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care? Join our growing healthcare team as a Remote Concierge Scheduling Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting providers through accurate scheduling, seamless patient communication, and high-touch concierge services. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a professional, compassionate, and efficient experience while collaborating closely with providers and internal support staff. This position is remote in the Philippines. Responsibilities: Scheduling & Patient Communication • Accurately schedule and manage incoming patient appointment requests. • Handle patient calls, tasks, and inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. • Respond promptly and professionally to patient communications via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms. • Coordinate provider schedules to optimize workflow and patient access to care. Administrative & Concierge Support • Coordinate and track external referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation. • Complete concierge-related administrative tasks, including patient onboarding, renewals, and terminations. • Conduct new patient follow-ups and ongoing engagement to support continuity of care and patient satisfaction. • Manage concierge memberships, including eligibility verification, benefits, and status updates. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) or practice management system. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional patient service. Qualifications: • Virtual assistant (VA) experience with a U.S.-based healthcare organization. Minimum 2 years of experience. • Customer service and sales: Minimum of 1 year of experience with customer service. Sales experience is an asset. • Excellent communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients, providers, and staff. • Medical knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and U.S. healthcare insurance. • Technical proficiency: Comfortable using EHR systems, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related tools; able to type quickly and accurately. • Remote work readiness: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable primary and backup internet connection, backup power source, and a dedicated workstation with a dual-monitor setup. • Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with fluctuating workloads. • Empathy and compassion: Demonstrates a patient-centered approach in every interaction. Compensation: $14,000 - $14,400 yearly
