Virtual Hearing Solutions (VHS), a mobile hearing testing company with the mission to help communities stay safe without the headache and the cost, is hiring a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT for their Operations Headquarters located in Morrisville, NC.
The HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT will report directly to the HR Director and performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directs departmental phone calls.
- Receiving and distributing office mail.
- Scheduling and organizing appointments; taking minutes during departmental meetings.
- Proofreading and typing documents and correspondence produced by department.
- Processing required paperwork for employee transfers, making changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Two years of administrative assistant experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
