Responsibilities: You will work closely with our case managers to assist in managing personal injury cases from intake through closing. Your key responsibilities will include: • Opening claims with insurance companies • Collecting medical records and organizing them for case files • Following up with providers and insurance adjusters for updates • Preparing closing statements and assisting with reductions • Tracking and documenting case progress from intake to settlement in Filevine • Supporting case managers with administrative tasks to keep cases moving efficiently Qualifications: Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have: • 2–3 years of personal injury case management or legal assistant experience • Proficiency with Filevine case management software (required) • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Two computer monitors for multitasking • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Compensation: $5 - $10 hourly
