Position Overview
The Virtual Closer is responsible for conducting high-quality virtual sales consultations and converting qualified appointments into signed contracts. You will work closely with SDRs and marketing-generated leads, focusing exclusively on presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing business.
This role is ideal for a disciplined, high-performing sales professional who thrives in a structured environment and consistently exceeds revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual sales consultations via phone and video
- Present tailored home service solutions based on customer needs
- Close qualified residential opportunities across multiple product lines
- Follow established sales processes, scripts, and pricing guidelines
- Achieve and exceed close rate and revenue targets
Key Performance Metrics
- Close rate
- Revenue generated
- Average deal size
- CRM accuracy and pipeline management
- Customer satisfaction and cancellation rate
Qualifications
- Proven sales success in a setter, SDR, or closer role
- Strong objection-handling, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience conducting phone and/or virtual consultations
- Comfortable selling one or more residential home service products
- CRM proficiency required
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Closing experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, or related home services
- Commission-based sales environments
- Remote or virtual sales experience
- Multi-product sales experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
- Performance-based commission tied to closed revenue and KPIs
- Additional performance incentives available
