    Casa Gusto is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Customer Service Representative with an interest in antiques and design. This remote role focuses on delivering exceptional pre-sale and post-sale customer support via email and digital channels. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage shipping and delivery coordination, process damage claims, and ensure smooth follow-up to maintain high client satisfaction each week.

    General Priorities/Responsibilities

    Email & Customer Communication

    ● Respond promptly and professionally to all customer emails and inquiries

    ● Provide clear, helpful communication regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries

    ● Offer thoughtful follow-up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction

    ● Process and follow up on damage claims, returns, or replacements efficiently

    ● Handle customer questions about products, care instructions, and order status

    Post-Sale Support & Operations

    ● Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams

    ● Support and facilitate custom orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication

    ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipments, and resolutions

    Qualifications:

    ● Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

    ● Outstanding written communication skills (professional, friendly, and clear email tone)

    ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment

    ● Experience in customer service, e-commerce, shipping/logistics, or retail preferred

    ● Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
