Sales Representative (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Sales Representative to bring in clients for our startup Staffing and Recruitment company – Talent Source Solutions Corp. In this role, you will contact prospective clients to expand your account portfolio and bring in Leads. We expect our Sales Reps to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. This role is very rewarding, you will learn an immense amount of knowledge in staffing, recruitment, and overall business. If you have some experience in sales or customer service, we’d like to meet you!

Objectives of this Role

• Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email, etc.
• Negotiate contracts and handle the paperwork (e.g. invoices)
• Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction (e.g. surveys)
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions
• Pass on issues to account managers when needed
• Present new or additional products and services to new customers
• Agrees to meet the department sales quota

Skills and Qualifications

• High School
• Pass Background Check (7 Years)
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales
• Proven work experience in a related field or similar role
• Must have own computer, cell phone, and internet connection.
• Efficient computer usage

Pay & Benefits

The role is structured as a 90-day performance-based contract (1099), with transition to a base salary contract. Here are some key points to consider:

• Avg Annual Pay is $100K-120K
• 2% Commissions of generated Revenue – (commission on all generated revenue for as long as the client remains with us).
• Reimbursement paid.
• Paid Bi-Monthly
• 5 Days Training Provided (20 hours)
