    Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping leaders stay focused on what matters most? The Reynolds Team at Compass is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support our Integrator. This is a key role in our organization — you’ll manage the day-to-day operations behind the scenes, keep projects and priorities on track, and ensure the leadership team stays aligned and focused. Your work will directly impact the success and growth of the entire company. We’re a high-energy, EOS-powered real estate team known for our strong culture, high standards, and commitment to excellence. You’ll be trusted to anticipate needs, streamline communication, and keep everything running smoothly so our leaders can focus on strategy and growth. Responsibilities: Calendar & Scheduling Mastery • Manage and protect the Integrator’s calendar. • Schedule quarterly agent reviews and leadership meetings, cross-checking calendars for conflicts. • Coordinate trainings, team events, and vendor appointments. • Prevent scheduling conflicts and delegate tasks when appropriate. Meeting Prep & Follow-Up • Prepare weekly team sales meeting agendas by gathering updates from leadership. • Suggest topics when there are gaps based on team needs or market trends. • Organize Leadership L10 meetings by reviewing scorecards, adding issues, headlines, and kudos. • Track action items and follow up to ensure completion. Projects, Goals, & Reporting • Maintain a master spreadsheet of company and leadership quarterly rocks. • Track % to goal and share weekly updates. • Prepare Sisu reports for quarterly agent reviews and leadership use. • Keep projects on time and visible, holding leadership accountable to deadlines. Communication & Inbox Management • Manage the Integrator’s inbox: unsubscribe, filter, flag, and reply as needed. • Draft clear, professional team update emails on policies and events. • Ensure smooth, consistent communication across the organization. Training & Event Coordination • Build and maintain the weekly training schedule, working with leadership and outside vendors. • Manage the annual team events calendar, including scheduling, invites, and logistics. • Coordinate vendors and partners for team events and projects. Document & Process Management • Organize and maintain the team’s Google Drive structure. • Convert rough notes into polished documents and clear SOPs. • Maintain and update key documents like the Team Standards and Agreement. Research & Efficiency • Research new ideas, tools, and opportunities for the Visionary and leadership team. • Identify inefficiencies and redundancies, then recommend and implement improvements. • Continuously find ways to streamline workflows and create better systems. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in an operational support role. • Exceptionally organized and detail-focused — nothing slips through the cracks. • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise. • Approachable and dependable , trusted by leadership and team members alike. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, CRMs, and reporting tools like Follow Up Boss and Sisu. • Familiarity with AI like ChatGPT, Grok, and/or Gemini. • Familiarity with real estate teams or similar fast-paced industries is a plus. Compensation: $7 - $10 hourly
