Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the real estate team • Utilize your experience in appointment setting to identify potential clients and opportunities • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions • Provide timely and accurate reporting on call activities and outcomes • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Qualifications: • Proven experience as a cold caller, specifically in appointment settings within the real estate industry • Ability to work independently and meet set targets • Comfortable with a remote work environment • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for effective call tracking • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process Compensation: $5 - $6 hourly
