Responsibilities: • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust. • Collaborate with our team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets. • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice. • Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and manage your sales pipeline efficiently. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance your sales skills. • Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain policy details and benefits to clients. Qualifications: • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed Compensation: $70,000 - $250,000
