Job Description

As an Operations Associate, you will unlock growth for Virtual Kitchen Co by driving the standardization of processes that scale to our remote management teams. You will work closely with the General Manager of Operations to support strategic projects ensuring compliance to standards, driving operational excellence in our kitchens, and producing seamless customer experiences. Together with your teammates, you will build a brand new platform that empowers restaurants to thrive in the food delivery era.

You will:

• Create, implement, and document standard operating procedures for our remote management teams.
• Support weekly staff scheduling and payroll administration.
• Manage the escalation of critical needs and collaborate effectively with functional stakeholders to resolve identified problems.
• Ensure compliance around remote facility management, kitchen safety, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.
• Monitor and track success metrics and develop sustainable and scalable solutions.
