You will join a 5-week paid program and work on interesting projects, supporting our Private Banking and Wealth Management team in either a Data Analyst or Data Steward Role. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to network with Citi colleagues, hear from senior leaders, receive mentorship, and attend career preparation workshops and professional training. Projects are assigned based on participants’ skills and interests, as well as business needs.

Program Date: Monday, February 27th - March 31st, 2023

Based on performance, program participants will be eligible for a full-time job offer from Citi within the Private Banking and Wealth Team.

Note: Roles for the Private Banking and Wealth Team are located in TAMPA, FL. All participants who receive and accept a full-time offer are expected to relocate (if applicable) to their assigned location. No relocation assistance will be offered. Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master’s degree is preferred, but not required.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Banking and Financial services industry and Data Governance / Data Management.

• Experience includes supporting Data Management and Data Quality initiatives, aligning business processes with Data, implementing technology solutions, developing or supporting standards / policies and data-related issue management and remediation efforts.

• Ability to liaise with Data Consumers, Data Providers on both the Business and Technical level.

• Strong presentation skills, business and technical writing, and verbal communication skills to support decision-making and actions.

• Strong business analytical and organizational skills.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex Data Governance issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting the business environment.
