Seeking: Virtual Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA – Teletherapy Support) 📍 Serving New Castle County, DE Schools 🗓 2026–2027 School Year 💻 Remote | W2 Hourly ⚠️ Employment contingent upon contract award

SOS Personnel is exploring candidates for a Virtual PTA role to support school-based physical therapy services through a teletherapy model where appropriate.

This position supports implementation of PT plans via remote service delivery in collaboration with licensed PT supervision.

Role Overview:

Deliver therapy activities under PT direction

Support teletherapy-based motor programming

Communicate with school staff onsite

Maintain accurate documentation

Participate in virtual IEP meetings

Requirements:

Active Delaware PTA License

Experience in telehealth preferred

Strong technology comfort

School-based experience preferred

Reliable high-speed internet

Compensation:

💰 Anticipated $65–$75/hr 🏠 Remote flexibility 📋 Structured supervision model
