We’re looking for a highly motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the COO | Broker in completing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules. You’ll also be responsible for working with the admin team, and marketing team, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities: • Assist with ongoing projects via deadlines and project management • Work with the different teams to become efficient and effective • Create marketing campaigns and execute • Follow up on calls and emails • Assist the admin team as requested • Assist with expansion plans Qualifications: • Detail-oriented and organized • Highly motivated, driven • Strong Interpersonal skills and time management • Ability to multi-task • Possess discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • Project Management experience a plus • Familiar with Canva, Adobe, Google Sheets, and Google Slides a MUST • 2+ years of Real Estate experience is a plus • Prior Executive Admin Experience • Quick with technology • Prior Marketing experience is a must • 2-3 year experience as an executive or administrative assistant Compensation: $40,000
