    Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) is a human services agency that provides behavioral and mental health therapy services.     Position Overview

    The ABA Scheduler will be responsible for assisting clients and employees in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to creating permanent schedules, rerouting employees due to cancelations, notifying staff and clients of day-to-day changes, updating client/staff availabilities, and various operational duties.

    Key Responsibilities

    Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day scheduling adjustments, in real time.

    Multi-management skills and ability to work quickly to reroute multiple staff at the same time to different sessions in the field.

    Coordinating and assisting major and minor scheduling changes as directed.

    Contact clients and staff regarding availability changes.

    Notify clients and staff of updated permanent schedules.

    Monitoring client and technician cancellations in accordance with our cancellation policies.

    Maintain a warm and welcoming environment providing excellent customer service.

    Attend required training and meetings.

    Represent BTS professionally and ethically to clients and employees.

    Address any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise, providing solutions and adjustments as needed.

    Requirements

    High school diploma or GED.

    Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in scheduling, specifically within the ABA or Autism field.

    Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

    Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service.

    Ability to react to day-to-day operational requirements in a professional and timely Manner.

    Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet quickly changing session demands and deadlines.

    Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work with others of all levels.

    Proven strong written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail Etiquette

    Proven computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word; Google Office

    Ability to work for extended hours sitting at a computer.

    Key characteristics: organized, energetic, intelligent, dependable, good listener, professional, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit.

    Work schedule:

    Typically 9 am to 5:30 pm PST; however during heavy work times, staff may be asked to work during after hours. The candidate must be able to work in the Pacific time zone.

    Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year DOE
