Bring your expertise in communication and language development to students in the heart of the Bay Area. Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist for a virtual or hybrid school-based role in Oakland, CA. This position offers the chance to work with diverse student populations across the Oakland Unified School District and surrounding Bay Area schools, using innovative therapy methods to help every learner thrive.

What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K–12 students in a virtual or hybrid setting
Create individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals and student needs
Administer standardized assessments and interpret results to guide therapy decisions
Manage your own caseload, ensuring all service logs, progress reports, and IEP documentation are compliant and timely
Lead or participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations that are both practical and defensible
Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs as needed
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other service providers to support academic success
Participate in professional development and ongoing training to stay at the forefront of telepractice best practices
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Active California SLP License
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Ability to work on Pacific Time (PST)
Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and remote assessment tools
Familiarity with SEIS, IEP case management, and California Special Education law
Preferred:
Prior experience with urban or highly diverse school populations
Experience supervising SLPAs or CFs
Strong ability to adapt therapy materials to different student learning styles and cultural backgrounds
