    Job Description

    • Be the friendly first point of contact for new and returning patients
    • Answer calls and messages with professionalism, empathy, and positivity
    • Help patients schedule and prepare for their visits
    • Guide patients through onboarding steps and required paperwork
    • Collect and update demographic and insurance information
    • Support eligibility and benefits verification processes as assigned
    • Communicate clearly about appointments, referrals, and next steps
    • Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
    • Document interactions accurately in our systems
    • Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
    • Step in to help solve patient concerns and route urgent needs appropriately
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Customer service, patient access, call center, or medical front office experience
    • Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is a plus
    • Familiarity with EMR or scheduling systems is helpful
    • Bilingual skills are a bonus
