    WHO IS VIRTUALREALITYRENTAL.CO?

    VirtualRealityRental.co is a group of talented and passionate people that help companies like Cadillac, Twitter, and Nike deliver smiles to their event attendees. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for pushing the envelope of live events and delivering smiles all around the world.

    YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

    To start, this is a part-time position. You will report directly to the Director of Operations, but work closely with the Operations Manager and our event staff. We are looking for applicants who have a strong working knowledge of computers, gaming, and virtual reality. You must be great with people and reside in Houston, TX. 

    AS AN OPERATIONS ASSISTANT YOU WILL...

    • Own the equipment check-in process (count, fix, clean, etc)
    • Own the equipment preparation process (update, load, test, organize, etc)
    • Own equipment inventory (location, quantity, issue tracking, restock, etc)
    • Support event planning for client events as needed
    • Be our equipment tech expert
    • Be the go-to person for new virtual reality experiences
    • Handle special projects as needed
    • Help us identify ways to best leverage your unique skills and talent
    • Be creative and flexible and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
    • Help innovate and create amazing event experiences for our staff and clients

    This role requires someone who is highly motivated, loves virtual reality, loves technology, loves to make people smile, and has proven experience crushing the responsibilities listed above.

    This job requires you to have the ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer, telephone, and automobile (license required). This position will require continuous viewing of a computer screen and sitting for long periods of time. It also requires lifting, carrying, or moving up to 65lbs with or without assistance. This may also require bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and other physical activity when facilitating training.
