    Our fast-growing team is looking for a skilled, motivated and reliable Quality Assurance Analyst to help grow our company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Run tests manually, by performing inputs defined in the procedures specified in test plans
    • Run tests through automation, by executing scripts created using procedures specified in test plans
    • Run ad-hoc tests, based on issue feedback from employees or customers
    • Execute Agile based testing using SmartBear TestComplete for UI and automated testing.
    • Analyze individual issues, using deductive reasoning, to understand exactly why an issue is occurring and identify where it is localized in the software
    • Document issues in Project Management software using detailed descriptions, procedures, and media
    • Monitor each reported issue as it moves through the issue lifecycle
    • Interface with development engineers to answer any questions about the issue or about the variables in the testing environment
    • Perform additional testing based on issue scope feedback from development team
    • Confirm issue resolution by retesting issue in updated software
    • Report successful or unsuccessful resolution through Project Management software
    • Document all QA work thoroughly and accurately.
    • Execute and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) test plans, test scenarios, test suites and test cases.
    • Regularly review and update created test plans in response to changes in the underlying software
    • Proactively identify new testing tools and take initiative.
    • Maintain test data sets.
    • Identify issues, which could either be departures from the requirements or be customer-impacting problems – using established QA procedures/process to assess customer's needs

    BASE REQUIREMENTS:

    • 4+ years' experience in a Quality role.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute and improve upon existing QA processes.
    • Experience using defect tracking solutions. 
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
    • Have some experience with test automation, or the desire to learn.
    • 4+ years testing commercial software on one or more platforms.
    • Experience with Automation Frameworks and Tools (Jmeter, Webdriver.io and Selenium experience a plus).
    • Working knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and TestRail.
    • Able to operate in a highly collaborative connected environment.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical discipline.
    • Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity).
    • Strong UX and design sensibilities.
    • Experience testing across multiple platforms and mediums.
    • Competency in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
