ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Primary QMS Responsibilities:
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes
- Oversee IT infrastructure and special projects
- Responsible for IT systems including but not limited to: project management, building access control, e-Signature and business communications.
Primary Non-QMS Responsibilities:
- Manage external IT Managed Service Provider and tickets
- Partner with onboarding team to ensure timely issuance of hardware and software for new employees
- Identifying opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Keep track of IT assets both hardware and software
- Ensure data management is compliance and in line with industry best practices
- Remain up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices
- Evaluate technology risks in order to maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures
- Develop systems training programs for end users
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
