The Lead Signage Fabricator is an experienced, journeyman level craftsman able to read and interpret signage drawings and to determine the materials, tools and processes required to create the sign as designed. The job requires the ability to cut, form and process metals, acrylics and various materials as well as welding and electrical wiring. In addition, you are relied on by the company to train and assist shop employees by answering questions in regards to fabricating signage.
Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this candidate is to fabricate signs, cabinets and channel letters; using traditional sign equipment, tools and materials. Work with employees to coordinate all components of signage completion and quality control. Train new employees to fabricate signs for company. Make sure that shop employees are conducting their job in a safely manner.
Ability to read and interpret sign drawings

Ability to use sheet metal shear and brake
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds daily
