Responsibilities:

1. Event Extravaganza: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from film premieres and music video launches to industry mixers and red carpet galas. Bring your creative flair to every detail, from venue selection and décor to entertainment and guest experiences.

2. Marketing Marvel: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote Visio Hype's projects, productions, and events. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, email, PR, and advertising, to build excitement and drive engagement.

3. Content Creation: Collaborate with our creative team to produce captivating content that showcases our studio's work and highlights upcoming events. From teaser trailers and behind-the-scenes footage to blog posts and press releases, you'll be the mastermind behind our storytelling magic.

4. Audience Engagement: Engage with our audience and build a community of fans and followers through social media interactions, live events, and experiential activations. Foster relationships with influencers, media partners, and industry insiders to expand our reach and amplify our message.

5. Partnership Power: Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance our events and marketing initiatives. Forge alliances with brands, artists, and organizations that align with our studio's vision and values, and leverage their support to elevate our presence in the industry.

6. Data Dynamo: Analyze marketing metrics and event feedback to measure the success of our campaigns and initiatives. Use insights and feedback to optimize future strategies and tactics, and continually raise the bar for creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the entertainment or creative industries.
• A passion for storytelling, creativity, and bringing ideas to life.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
