    Vision Contract Manufacturing, LLC is newly established upholstery factory in High Point, NC. The goal of Vision Contract Manufacturing is to enhance the upholstery manufacturing process with advance technology and empower its team members to provide the best service to our customers.

    Our leadership team has over 80 years of upholstery furniture making experience. We strive to innovate our business to remain relevant to our customers and markets. With our current growth rate in our business, we are looking for a Part Time Book Keeper to join our Finance Team and report directly to our Vice President.

    As a Book Keeper, you are detail-orientation and organization skill are core competency to ensure success. While this role is focused on meticulous execution of account payable, account receivable and payroll. You will be responsible assisting in onboarding new employee and monthly physical inventory.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Verify Invoices from vendor to ensure the right quantity have been received, the right price has been billed and financial terms are met.
    • Enter approved Invoice into ERP system for Vice President approval.
    • Enter approved invoices into Quickbook Online under the right category.
    • Print and mail out checks.
    • Enter the invoices from ERP to Quickbook Online.
    • Ensure all invoices are tag under the right category and project.  
    • Verify the weekly hours from the Time Tracking System
    • Enter the approved hours into Quickbook Online Payroll Sytsem
    • Ensuring all the new employee information are captured in the ERP system.
    • Assisting Director of Operation in term of HR administrative related matter

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
