Currently seeking an experienced, licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. We offer everything you need to succeed including access to all markets, industry leading technology, support staff and qualified leads that call you!

OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will be career minded and driven to succeed, focusing on expanding our customer base and growing our book of personal lines and commercial business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospecting and generating new business through networking, referrals, agency marketing, inbound leads, outbound calls and emails

• Quoting and closing sales

• Ability to uncover cross-sell opportunities through existing CRM database

• Servicing existing policyholders and providing a high-value experience

• Determine customer needs and recommend solutions

• Maintain consistent knowledge of P&C products, markets, underwriting guidelines and best practices

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid CA Property & Casualty license

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields

• Ability to cultivate new business relationships and build rapport with clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
