    Mechanical Engineer – Sales Engineer – Account Manager - API 6A – Business Development

    Job Responsibilities

    As the Account Manager, you will responsible for sales production within the upstream market.

    Other responsibilities of the Account Manager role include:

    • Prospect potential clients and develop relationships
    • Educate clients on proposed equipment
    • Create proposals
    • Collaborate with engineering staff to answer customers technical questions
    • Negotiate with customers
    • Remain updated on API 6A (surface drilling) equipment
    • Be the face of the company with the clients
    • Attend trade shows to represent the company
    • Remain knowledgeable of all competitors

    Requirements

    As an Account Manager, you must have the leadership ability to organize and facilitate growth within the region.

    Other requirements of the Account Manager role include:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (highly preferred)

    Extensive experience selling API 6A Equipment

    4+ Years managing sales within the drilling market with corporate contacts

    Must have a proven track record of success

    Stable work history

    Superior communication skills in English

    Must be a permanent resident or a U.S. Citizen
