Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you must have a great attitude and passion to succeed. You must be highly flexible, entrepreneurial and able to embrace modifications in business needs in a challenging environment. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about what we do - selling solar energy and efficiency products to save people money.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Drive to 1-3 in-home or business solar consultations per day (leads are provided)
• Building trust and communication with potential customer
• Understanding of the Sales process and dynamic

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma, GED, or associates degree from an accredited college or university (preferred) or equivalent work experience but not required
• Highly Self Motivated
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Valid Drivers Licence and Transportation

INFORMATION

• Salary is $20,000 base plus commissions, with most representatives making $50,000 to $100,00
• 30 Day Installation with 50/50 pay
• Ground Mounts, Roof / Ground Combo, Metal Roof, Multiple Meters, 2nd Homes
• SunPower, Dividend, Sungage, Mosaic, Orange PPA/Lease, Qcells
• No Change Orders, Same Day Proposals, and Low Kwh Rates to the customer
• Paid gas Mileage
• Dealer Redline Programs with Floor Pricing allowing for $400-$1,300 /KW
