Our team offers a full range of eye health services to clients of all ages, treating everything from routine eye exams to eye emergencies and complete eye health management. When it comes to patient experience, our goal is to be second to none, and we know that it takes the cooperation of everyone from the optometrist to the front office team to deliver excellence.

We are looking for someone who has clerical and or billing experience within the medical field. Someone who is reliable, very goal and task oriented and someone who strives to give good, thorough and quality work. At Vision today we believe that not one person contributes to the success of the business but everyone. We are wanting someone who wants to be part of a team and contribute to the success of the company.

Duties are as follows but not limited to: explaining financial policies of the practice to patients and answering all of their questions. Explain insurance benefits to staff, submit claims to vision and medical insurance companies, send bills to patients and insurance companies, ensure accounts and payment from staff were collected properly, keep fee schedules updated, keep documents of accounts exceeding a certain time frame, post insurance payments and some reports if delegated by your manager.
