    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The job responsibilities of our COO / Integrator include, but are not limited to:

    Leadership -

    • Lead weekly L10 meetings and drive the EOS initiative across the organization
    • Interaction and communication with all team members
    • Assist with defining roles, responsibilities and expectations
    • Scorecard and metric creation

    Management –

    • Runs the day-to-day operations of the firm
    • Daily check-in’s with team members
    • Process creation and improvement, utilizing new technologies
    • Human Resource functions – the people component

    Accountability –

    • Client satisfaction
    • Overall company revenue growth
    • Holding team members accountable to their responsibilities and creating clarity
    • Creating efficiencies and first pass quality

    *This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to offices located in the Seattle, WA area.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required

    • 4-year Business degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience working for a Professional Services company with 50+ employees
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in a COO / Integrator or similar role
    • Displayed experience contributing to company growth and increasing revenue

    Preferred

    • Experience as an EOS Integrator
    • Displayed experience growing companies beyond $10M in revenue
    • 5 – 10 years of experience in a COO / Integrator or similar role
    • Experience with employee development and HR responsibilities

    Desired

    • Experience growing multiple companies
    • Law firm / medical / insurance industry experience
    • Proven experience driving culture improvement
