Compensation
- Average Agent Pay in the first few months is $19.00 - $24.00 an hour. Top 20% reps are between $30-$40 an hour. ($12.00/ Hour Guarantee)
- Daily, weekly, and monthly cash bonuses
Available Shifts
- Shift 1: Monday through Friday between 6 am - 2 pm
- Shift 2: Monday through Friday between 7 am - 3 pm
- Shift 3: Monday through Friday between 9 am - 5 pm
- Shift 4: Monday through Friday between 10 am - 6 pm
- Shift 5: Monday through Friday between 11 am - 7 pm
- Saturdays are optional
Location
- We're based in Koreatown, blocks from great restaurants and shops, and easily accessible by the 10, 110, and 101 freeways, as well as the Metro.
- Parking is provided for employees.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience; prefer at least 1 year of sales experience
- High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
- Computer and windows knowledge
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
- Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
- Stable, relevant work history
