Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements and Responsibilities:

Plans and manages client's care according to each client's needs.

Interviews care recipients, records their medical history, and physical condition.

Provides routine training for caregivers on special equipment.

Performs reviews at clients homes every 90 days for adjustment and updates to care plans.

Communicates with clients and their families.

Performs supervisor visits on each caregiver annually.

Works under the supervision of the RN.

LPN license (pass NCLEX-PN exam)

BLS certification

0-2 years recent nursing experience
