    FootCare by Nurses is a specialty nursing practice for those who love to make a difference. We are on a mission to prevent falls, wounds and amputations from happening. We do that by taking care of the feet of older adults and we do our work by looking a the whole person. Our work is incredibly rewarding for both he nurse and the patient. Our aim is to help elders stay in their homes by enhancing and supporting quality of life. We are a nurse driven culture. Our core values are kindness, caring, compassion, and integrity.

    We are looking for exceptional nurses to join our visiting nursing team in the Springfield, LongMeadow, Enfield and Northern CT area

    Our commitment is to see people. We ask for a commitment to see 64 (PT minimum) 128 FT a month. A typical visit with travel and charting takes 1 hour. (16-32 hours per week)

    This is an ideal position for parents who are dedicated to patient care and need some scheduling flexibility and like autonomy.

    All of our work and documentation can be done in the scheduled day, so you don't need to bring it home. But that takes focus and organization.

    This is an ideal position for a working parent, those going to school, those who ned some flexibility but are also committed to taking care of patients. We teach you all that you need to learn so new grads are encouraged to apply)

    Requirements:

    Current nursing license for the states that you will be covering

    Current driver's license

    Auto insurance

    Able to sit on the floor and work

    Familiar and comfortable with technology; have a smartphone or tablet with a data plan. (We use apps on smartphones or tablets to communicate, schedule, and do our charting.)

    Comfortable using power tools (we will train!)

    Enjoy driving and working in a variety of settings

    Rate of dependent on RN degree and certification ($38-$42 per patient seen - not per hour) Initial training pay is different than pay when certification is completed (typically certify within 3-4 week) Incentive pay available.
