PROGRAM | PROJECT MANAGER (R&D) 

MISSION STATEMENT:

Plan all aspects of the drug development program(s) and oversee its execution across all the functional areas (preclinical, CMC, clinical, toxicology, discovery etc.).

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Manage | Drive cross-functional activities required to advance programs from non-clinical development through to regulatory submission.
• Provide your Project Management expertise and support to ensure the milestones and deliverables are met and are well managed on a day-to-day basis.
• Translate the R&D project strategy into a robust development plan covering key cross-functional activities and milestones with clear go/no go decision points and associated milestones.
• Continually track performance against baseline and current plan; Monitor progress against approved R&D project plans noting deviations and making suggestions for corrective actions.
• Track projects to budget goals.
• Work closely with external vendors and CROs to oversee and ensure delivery of activities
