SUMMARY
Communication Department hours of operation 8:00am -10:00pm Sun- Sat
To facilitate the flow of organization information with a positive attitude while creating a responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers. Strong phone etiquette, communication, and legible handwriting skills.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School degree or equivalent required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Healthcare or related experience preferred. Ability to effectively interact with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crises or resistant or negative toward organization; ability to remain seated at switchboard for along periods of time without significant discomfort or distress. Ability to communicate effectively with customers. Multitask with heavy call volume, positive attitude, excellent customer service, be 100% team player.
