Software Engineer - Intern Visual Awareness Technologies and Consulting, Inc. - Saint Petersburg, FL Internship The Software Engineer Intern will work closely with a team of software and web engineers to get hands on experience programming new features for our desktop and web-based products. * Experience working with any of these programming languages Go lang, JavaScript/Node, Typescript, C, C++, C#, Python, Ruby or PHP * Knowledge or experience working with any JavaScript tools and frameworks such as VueJs, Angular, React, Redux, ES6/ES7, Babel, REST, GraphQL. * Knowledge or experience using technologies such as linux, docker, git, apache, nginx, etc. * Assist in software design and implementation of new product features. * Assist in design and code reviews of team members. * Current degree program in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum Junior level completed. * Must be motivated, disciplined and exhibit a willingness to learn. * Prefer candidates with 3.0 GPA or higher. * Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident with green card status.
