A Successful FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist Will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both current and prospective clients in our FASTSIGNS center
- Own the end-to-end order process—from customer consultation to order completion—ensuring seamless communication and timely execution
- Participate actively in team meetings, and marketing initiatives to drive the center’s growth
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, in-person, and at their business locations, fostering long-term relationships built on trust
- Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported from start to finish
Minimum Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist:
- 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Employees are expected have, and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance during their performance of duties at all times
