    Visual Merchandising Planning Analyst Job at a Glance

    • Location: Hybrid in Coraopolis, PA
    • Contract: W2 only, 6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time
    • Pay: $28/hr

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop store-specific seasonal/quarterly overview floorplans supporting financial plans.
    • Coordinate with space and floor planning teams to ensure plans are complete and accurate.
    • Create forecast model Heat Maps and provide space recommendations for potential new stores and remodels.
    • Analyze performance metrics to drive sales and improve store productivity.
    • Surface business risks and opportunities at store, district, and regional levels, providing sound recommendations.
    • Influence business partners by presenting analysis and impacts to the overall business.
    • Support the Manager of Space Planning with ad hoc projects.
    • Complete each overview floorplan draw cycle in support of company strategies and store-specific needs.
    • Understand the impact of space moves on brand shops and graphics through partnership with Retail Integration and In Store design teams.
    • Review accuracy and productivity of overview plans prior to publication.
    • Collaborate with Category floor planners to provide fact-based recommendations on space reallocation.
    • Monitor store feedback mailbox, conduct root cause analysis, and proactively reduce questions to improve productivity.
    • Be the subject matter expert on all systems and processes used within Space Management.
    • Participate in special projects, key initiatives, and system updates as requested.
