    The Consumer Marketing Specialist will work within the Consumer Marketing team to shape the perception of Vita Coco in the mind of consumers, building awareness and brand equity through 360 marketing programming. They are motivated self-starters who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to make an impact for a growing brand and business.

    This person will support the execution of all internal and external consumer and corporate communications, external partnerships with brands across the lifestyle, apparel, and food & beverage space, Vita Coco's on-premises and off-premises cocktail strategy, all brand tentpole moments, and a Celebrity Talent partnership. They will be charged with driving and executing 360-brand plans, so the candidate must seamlessly and effectively partner cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

    This role will report to the Brand Manager, Consumer Marketing. This role sits within a small but mighty Consumer Marketing team, along with an Associate Brand Director and VP of Marketing, ultimately laddering up to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role will be based out of our HQ-NY Office; we currently have a 2-3 days-per-week in-office requirement, to work from our Manhattan office.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support the execution of all consumer marketing programs, encompassing a Celebrity Talent program, 360 cocktail occasion-based programming, partnerships with external brands, and other key brand initiatives and events

    • Collaborate on internal and external consumer communications, helping shape strategy and press materials in partnership with external PR agencies

    • Assist with managing Vita Coco's & Co-Founder's LinkedIn presence, including content calendar and posting schedules

    • Spearhead project management of Consumer Marketing programming, integrating cross-functional teams to drive success

    • Track the success of all Consumer Marketing programming through programmatic recaps and Brand Health Tracking metrics, sharing success internally with cross functional teams

    • Conduct Cultural/Competitor/Category monitoring to inform marketing activities

    • Manage new vendor set up within internal accounting system and oversee invoicing process

    • Assist in the creation, review, and execution of contracts, liaising with internal Legal and Accounting teams as required

    • Coordinate product shipments on behalf of Consumer Marketing team

    • Develop creative and written assets for internal and external use (e.g., sizzle reels, branded PowerPoint templates, boilerplates, onboarding presentations, and more)

    • Support Company's Leadership Team in assembling gift bags, coordinating VIP product drop offs, and preparing presentations

    **Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience: **

    • 1-3 years marketing or comms experience; Agency or Brand Marketing experience is preferred
    • Knowledge of CPG organizations
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Familiarity with PR software and tools
    • Familiarity with social listening and brand health tracking tools
