It's about driving trial on our innovations, educating consumers, and creating lasting first impressions that the consumer will share with their friends. They are the embodiment of our company culture, the face, and the voice of Vita Coco in the local market, and they have a profound and lasting impression on consumers that they interact with.

Who is the ideal Brand Activation Specialist?

The perfect BAS is flexible, enthusiastic, sociable, and nuts for life! An entrepreneurial spirit, someone who takes the initiative, along with a great work ethic is the key to success. BAS must have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on all things The Vita Coco Company
• Keeping an organized storage unit
• Keeping company vehicles clean and well maintained
• Ability to adapt to and work well in all environments, from in-person events on the field to administrative tasks
• Have excellent communication with the marketing and sales team.
• Able to research and find relevant events in the local market
• Training and scheduling local brand activations team
• Recapping brand activations on a weekly basis

**Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality
• A mature mindset
• Ability to adapt to and work well in all environments
• Reliable means of transportation (public or personal) and a valid driver's license
• Appropriate availability (per market need)
• Have excellent communication with the marketing and sales team.
• Able to research and find relevant events in the local market
• Need to be able to use PowerPoint and recap events
• Must be able to lift/carry 30 lbs.

Job Type: Part-Time (averaging 18-26 hours/week)

Availability: At least 4 days a week, including one weekend day

Hourly Rate: $23.00/hour - $25.00/hour
