Responsibilities
Assisting the dentist using 4-handed dentistry
Taking & developing dental radiographs
Assists our hygienist with taking x-rays & assists with hygiene chart notes
Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; and answering patients' questions
Ensures accurate patient records (treatment planning, medical history)
Takes dental impressions
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; and reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Prepares treatment rooms including decontamination, sterilization, cleaning handpieces and room, restocks supplies
Qualifications
Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
Expanded Functions (Preferred)
Coronal Polishing (Preferred)
Nitrous Certification (Preferred)
Radiology License (REQUIRED)
