    Responsibilities

    As a Sales Development Representative, your opportunities to make an impact will be:

    Identify prospects which may find benefit from the services we provide.

    Reach out to prospects by calling, emailing, and creatively helping them understand what our company is about.

    Develop a sales process with your team to ensure you deliver your results each month.

    Fail quickly while experimenting and trying things that solve important problems in a creative way.

    Serve potential customers, whether or not they become a customer.

    Help potential customers determine if our company might be a good fit for them. In many cases, we are not.

    Serve & Lead team members and peers by helping to ensure we always do things better. We are seeking constant improvement.

    Compete at the highest level and be your best.

    Selected candidates will be offered a two month trial, will turn into a full time role should all goals be met.
