Vital Interaction is looking for an Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team! The SDR will be responsible for supporting the Sales Department in developing and fostering prospective customers.

What you’ll do…
Identify and prospect new potential clients.
Research medical practices to determine fit.
Initiate contact with prospects to gauge interest through cold calls and email.
Make 70-80 cold calls per day.
Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for product demonstrations.
Outbound prospecting from a marketing database to set up appointments/demos for salespeople.
Triage/route and qualify inbound marketing leads.
Partner with the sales team and/or marketing to run targeted outreach campaigns.
Utilize CRM tools to document sales activity, deal progression, and prospect/customer communication
What you’ll need…
0-3 years’ experience working in sales or customer-facing roles.
Bachelor’s degree (Optional)
Self-motivated individual with history of setting and achieving goals
Solid organizational skills with ability to multitask
Determined self-starter & entrepreneurial spirit
Works well both independently and as a team player
Capable of interfacing with prospective VI clients and practice owners to provide solutions to problems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think on your feet and solve complex problems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
