    We are an innovative healthcare software company that provides automation and engagement solutions to medical practices. We are seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for supporting a Project Manager in implementing projects for our customers. This position provides the opportunity for growth and development in positions of greater responsibility within the company.

    As a Project Coordinator your opportunities to make an impact will be:

    Assist with meeting material preparation (i.e., registration/sign-in forms, evaluations, handouts, etc.)

    Assist with tracking the progression of all project components through project management, editorial and creative processes

    Program recruitment and participant follow-up

    Meeting logistics support (i.e., faculty logistics confirmation, mailing list requests)

    Post-program/meeting organization and follow-up

    Data entry/tabulating meeting evaluations

    Account set up and coordination

    Managing post-program recaps

    Budget Tracking

    Participate in regular internal team meetings

    This position offers a great opportunity to learn about project management and healthcare technology from the ground up.     About you:

    Bachelor’s degree required. Education, healthcare, business, communication, or science-related degree a plus.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required

    Knowledge of continuing medical education industry a plus.

    Ability to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers

    Articulate, poised, comfortable communicating with physicians and/or medical staff

    Attention to detail

    Strong organizational skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Positive attitude

    Capacity for problem-solving, anticipating, initiating and resolving issues

    Ability to identify needs and respond creatively listening to information, asking probing questions, applying knowledge and determining solutions

    Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenario

    Availability for periodic domestic travel, which may include weekends and evenings
