We are seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for supporting a Project Manager in implementing projects for our customers. This position provides the opportunity for growth and development in positions of greater responsibility within the company.
As a Project Coordinator your opportunities to make an impact will be:
Assist with meeting material preparation (i.e., registration/sign-in forms, evaluations, handouts, etc.)
Assist with tracking the progression of all project components through project management, editorial and creative processes
Program recruitment and participant follow-up
Meeting logistics support (i.e., faculty logistics confirmation, mailing list requests)
Post-program/meeting organization and follow-up
Data entry/tabulating meeting evaluations
Account set up and coordination
Managing post-program recaps
Budget Tracking
Participate in regular internal team meetings

About you:
Bachelor’s degree required. Education, healthcare, business, communication, or science-related degree a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
Knowledge of continuing medical education industry a plus.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
Articulate, poised, comfortable communicating with physicians and/or medical staff
