    Vital Interactions is looking for a Senior Integration Specialist to join the team! The Senior Integration Specialist Senior Integration Specialist will lead customers through the process of building integrations between Vital Interaction software and their clients. This involves leading client calls with IT teams, sharing technical requirements, analyzing customer data to identify data mappings, building sample payloads, coordinating and troubleshooting issues with engineering, and conducting testing with customers to ensure that integrations are working as expected.

    Success will require you to have substantial technical knowledge and be effective in communicating with our customers and your internal business partners; the Customer Success, Engineering, Support and Product teams. You will manage multiple projects at once, making superior organization critical.

    **This role is part time. We are also open to accepting Independent Contractors for this role as well, as long as they meet IRS criteria of an Independent Contractor.

    What you’ll do…

    Serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for implementation and maintenance of customer integrations

    Ensure customer success by delivering robust integrations between customer and VI systems in a timely manner

    Troubleshoot and repair different interfaces with software systems

    Comprehend and document information about supported practice management software

    Answer, research, and support inquiries about the data interface engines

    Explore enhancement of the data integration project

    Meet with Development team to ensure progress on new software systems

    Research the answer to technical questions about software and customer problems.

    Collaborate both internally and externally with business partners, developers, and management to ensure proper integration of clients

    Collaborate with internal development team to improve efficiency

    Provide integration support for internal teams and implementation partners

    Manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently while meeting stringent timelines and changing priorities

    Perform related duties as assigned

    What you’ll need…

    Bachelors in Computer Science is a plus.

    Five years’ experience in a related role.

    Proficiency in Python2.7 and Python3.8 to perform the software installation and troubleshooting tasks on clients’ machines.

    Proficiency in MySQL and SQL databases to understand existing structure of databases.

    Knowledge of Linux, Windows OS, Cron Scheduling in Linux, and Windows to perform the client machine installation tasks and troubleshooting tasks.

    Experience in integrations and/or Healthcare is a big plus.

    Strong Communication Skills (phone, email, chat, and in person)

    Capable of interfacing with VI clients and owners to provide solutions to problems

    Strong attention to detail

    Ability to think on your feet and solve complex problems

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
