We are looking for a work at home Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our dynamic, supportive team to work remotely from anywhere in the US. (We have been fully remote since our founding.)  The goal of the Appointment Setter is to seek qualifying leads and help generate sales by using a variety of marketing strategies, including social media prospecting and outbound calling.  Responsibilities: As the Appointment Setter, you will: • Generate, assess, and prioritize sales leads to maximize revenue through outbound prospecting including social media marketing, emails, and phone calls • Field calls from prospective customers, provide information as needed, and convert to appointments • Discuss customers' needs and how we can help them reach their goals • Share qualifying leads and schedule appointments with sales executives who specialize in closing • Ensure each prospective client has a positive experience • Perform market research Qualifications: • Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role  • Stays organized and manages time well Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
