    Vital Link Medical Alert Systems is a family business looking to grow. Since our inception in 1981, our focus has always been to aid seniors and the disabled community in living independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We do this by providing them with a system that enables them to get help in any type of emergency at the press of a button. We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service in the industry and treating all our clients like they are our own grandmother or grandfather

    ability to multitask and in a busy small office environment and prioritize things quickly and effectively.

    excellent communication skills to interact effectively with our clients, and their families. You must be able to speak clearly and loudly for hearing-impaired clients. It is important to be very patient and enjoy working with the elderly.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Providing phone support to our clients and their families
    • Interacting with our billing system
    • Answer phones and making outbound calls to clients
    • Establishing and maintaining referral source contacts
    • Scheduling installations and service calls
    • Flexibility on moving your tasks around to help our small office run smoothly
    • Community outreach
    • Bilingual is a plus
