Epicor ERP Implementation Consultant

Flint, MI

Vital Tech Solutions is looking for a consulting professional with experience in Epicor ERP systems. The Epicor ERP Consultant will learn and execute a proven process to implement Epicor ERP solutions; along with additional services related to Network Administration.

Requirements:

• Acts as primary technical point of contact for clients and other project team members by performing tasks related to implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recoveries.
• Provide guidance to the team through proactive training, sharing knowledge, and communicating best practices.
• Coordinate all aspects of the ERP implementation project for the client
• Responsible for overall delivery of schedule, budget deliverables
• Determine direction, timelines, schedules and activities for an area of the project
• Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks
• Ensure all deliverables in the area of responsibility are delivered on time and on budget.
• Provide guidance to other Professional Services Consultants and clients
• Develop best practices and associated documentation

Key Must Have’s

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience with data entry/collection on various physical parts and entering them into the system and conducting inventory checks
• 3 years of experience implementing and supporting Epicor (Epicor Eclipse, is preferred)
• Knowledge of server, hardware, and network technology
• Strong troubleshooting methodology/skills
• Hands-on experience with switches, internet router, phones, running cables
