Job Title: Systems Technician, Level II
Location: Saginaw, MI
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries either in person, email or over the phone
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, printers and phones
- Help create and update process documentation on all IT related procedures
- Update and maintain inventory and User Accounts
- Perform New Hire and Termination procedures
- Provide crucial and timely updates to our ticketing system for all IT tasks and projects
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Assist with imaging of tablets and computers
- Assist with software and hardware migrations
- Assist with Training of end users
- Assist with server hardware installation, network, and other datacenter related tasks
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in IT or 3-5 years direct experience
- Windows OS from XP through Windows 11
- Computer Hardware troubleshooting
- VoIP phone level one support
- Windows Domain experience
