Job Title: Systems Technician, Level II

Location: Saginaw, MI

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Respond to queries either in person, email or over the phone
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, printers and phones
• Help create and update process documentation on all IT related procedures
• Update and maintain inventory and User Accounts
• Perform New Hire and Termination procedures
• Provide crucial and timely updates to our ticketing system for all IT tasks and projects
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
• Assist with imaging of tablets and computers
• Assist with software and hardware migrations
• Assist with Training of end users
• Assist with server hardware installation, network, and other datacenter related tasks

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in IT or 3-5 years direct experience
• Windows OS from XP through Windows 11
• Computer Hardware troubleshooting
• VoIP phone level one support
• Windows Domain experience
