Job Location:** (Remote) TX, KS, NE, MO, IA, OK, IL, GA, SC, FL, NC, VA, TN, MS, CO, KY, AL, LA, WY, AR, OH, IN, MN, PA, WI, ME, NM, NY, SD, WV **
Job Type:** Per Diem, 1099 contract. **
Pay rate:** $160/hr (telemedicine). **
Schedule:** Flexible.

Full Description

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide mental health fitness evaluation for a private business in the above listed states via telemedicine . Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health fitness for duties evaluation.
• Refer patient for further psychiatric treatment where necessary.
• Provide advice to client for job accommodation where needed.
• Document findings and create evaluation report for client HR.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience following post graduate training.
• Current license to practice in some or all of the states listed above.
• Board certification in psychiatric.
• Experience working in a corporate environment preferred.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
