Pay Rate:** $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/ hr telemedicine lab review hours.
Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to provide general wellness checkups and DOT physical exams on site at a private business in Franklin, NC and Sylva, NC. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care. Usually no more than 20 patients per day.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Valid and clean NP license to work in NC.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
Must be DOT/FMCSA Certified.
Must speak fluent Spanish.
Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
Must be able to commute to Franklin, NC & Sylva, NC
