This is a full time position, 40hrs/week. Must be able to open and close the cafe throughout the year

What you bring to the team:

Minimum 1 year experience leading a food service team as a key holder

Suffolk County Food Manager Certified or willing to become certified

Leadership abilities

Excellent customer service

Demonstrated knowledge of computers, office software and POS systems

Knowledge and compliance with health, sanitary, and safety requirements

Flexible hours – able to open/close and fill in when necessary

Able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
